Melvin Peepers

I’m currently a Senior Support Engineer at Netlify, where I help customers troubleshoot and optimize their web projects using modern tools and frameworks like Next.js, Gatsby, and the Netlify platform. I assist in deploying scalable web applications, guiding users through complex build and deployment processes, and resolving issues related to performance, integrations, and custom configurations. I also collaborate with developers on testing new features, and creating guides that help users get the most out of Netlify’s tools and services.

Before joining Netlify, I worked at Callcentric, a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) provider. There, I provided technical support for onboarding new customers, handling billing and product inquiries, and troubleshooting Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) issues. I worked with individuals and companies worldwide to configure and maintain their VoIP devices and networks. Additionally, I collaborated with developers to test new user agents and SIP apps and created detailed guides for both customers and technical teams.

I’m passionate about solving customer problems and creating solutions that improve user experience. After learning software development, I found even more ways to support customers by enhancing products, adding new features, and resolving bugs. My technical toolkit includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, Python, and more, which I use to build websites and apps both independently and collaboratively.
